By accessing or using the Fold & Send web application (cardcreator.purerayne.com), operated by Pure Rayne Networks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Fold & Send provides a free, browser-based tool for designing, generating, and printing custom greeting cards. The tool is provided "as is" and intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly agreed upon.
Since the application processes data entirely on your local device's browser, you are completely responsible for any content (including text, photos, and messages) that you generate or print using Fold & Send. Pure Rayne Networks does not store, monitor, or endorse your user-generated content, and cannot be held liable for any infringement or offensive material printed by a user.
In no event shall Pure Rayne Networks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We do not guarantee that your designs will print accurately on every home printer in existence. Printer ink, paper weight, and regional printer calibration are solely the responsibility of the user.
The service, original content (excluding user-provided photos/text), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pure Rayne Networks and its licensors. Our themes, interface, and provided assets may not be compiled, redistributed, or sold.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services and advertisements that are not owned or controlled by Pure Rayne Networks. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, advertisers, or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
